Ms. Emma Browning
Emma Browning
Ballet, Contemporary, Tap @ GFCS

It was in Omaha, Nebraska where Emma grew up where she first fell in love with ballet. She received her formative ballet training from Motion41 Dance and American Midwest Ballet (previously named Ballet Nebraska).

In college, she moved to Wichita, Kansas where Emma’s life was changed by the Gospel of Jesus. Her love of dance was now being shaped and formed in tandem with her faith in Christ.  Emma has had the privilege of dancing professionally with Enoch Contemporary Ballet (2021-2024), Instruments Ballet Company (2020-2021), and Wheat State Dance Collective (2019).

Her love of dance goes beyond performance. She loves to teach others about the power of movement to communicate and create beauty. She has spent the past few years touring, teaching and choreographing at workshops and intensives in the United States and Europe.

Emma's teaching style focuses on listening and discerning the needs of students so that they can be equipped to grow in excellence. One of Emma’s favorite parts about teaching is enjoying the process that students go through as they learn to take ownership of their movement--especially for the sake of embodying beauty, goodness, and truth.

Ms. Browning holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Ballet and Religion & Philosophy from Friends University (2020).
