Welcome back! Thank you for choosing RockPrep to assist you in leading your student through the journey of discovering the creative, developing their gifts and delighting in the joy of sharing them with others. We're looking forward to connecting your family to our teachers!

Let's Get Registered!

Pre-Registration Checklist
Following is a Checklist so you won't forget anything required for registration. Please READ ALL directions BEFORE logging in to your Parent Portal Account ;

(on Mobile devices, use Quick Links Menu)

1. Read the 2025-26 Parent Handbook
2. Update your Account & Student Information

>>> SUPER IMPORTANT, please don’t skip this step!
Login to your Parent Portal account (below), then update STUDENTS and PAYMENT:

Left Menu > Students
Click on student’s name, update ALL fields (top to bottom)
Repeat for ALL other students

3. Add other students (if needed)
4. Register each Student for Lessons/Classes

Left Menu > Students > Classes
Select Location ( Top Dropdown > "Show: All Locations")
Select YOUR Location (where you attend lessons/classes)

5. Update Payment Info (ACH or CC).

Left Menu > Payment method
Registration cannot be completed until you add your ACH or CC

6. Accept Waiver, then click "Finish Registration Now" button.

Your first month's payment will process when you finish registration

You can always add lessons and/or students later.

Click on Your School to Login and Pre-Register!
